Sydney, Nebraska - GPS and conventional topographical surveying incorporated to design several different alignments for proposed natural gas pipeline construction. Surveys included locating all existing underground utilities in the area to be used for design purposes.

Town of Empire, Colorado
Town Engineer since 2003. Provided preliminary design for water system improvements to balance the water supply between treatment and distribution to eliminate waste. Provided engineering, surveying and construction management for leveling the Town’s 100,000 gallon raw water storage tank. Prepared water and sewer preliminary engineering reports and obtained $500,000 in funding for sewer system improvements. Obtained funding for water system modifications including automating the entire treatment and distribution system.
Redesigned, permitted and constructed the on-site Wastewater Treatment System at the Rocky Mountain Village camp in Colorado.
Rocky Mountain Village in Empire Colorado is regarded as one of the top Easter Seals camps in the country. Rocky Mountain Village is fully accessible and used by more than 800 children and adults with disabilities during the summer camp sessions.
